A bespoke gin created in extreme rarity of just 8 bottles — the Million Dollar Gin.

For Long Bar at Raffles at Galaxy Macau, Two Moons Distillery was invited to create the Million Dollar Gin, a bespoke gin inspired by the legendary Million Dollar Cocktail — a signature of Raffles’ cocktail heritage enjoyed by generations.

The vision was to create a gin that reflected the spirit of the Million Dollar name: rare, distinctive and worthy of celebration. Drawing inspiration from ingredients traditionally associated with prestige and craftsmanship, the gin features top-grade ginseng, prized cordyceps, aged chenpi (陳皮) and edible gold leaf.

Each ingredient contributes its own character to the spirit — ginseng brings depth and warmth, aged chenpi adds layers of aromatic citrus complexity, while cordyceps lends a subtle savoury depth. The addition of edible gold leaf completes the experience, adding a touch of brilliance to this exclusive creation.

Only eight bottles of Million Dollar Gin were produced, with the number eight carrying special significance in Chinese culture as a symbol of prosperity and good fortune.

Created exclusively for Long Bar, Raffles at Galaxy Macau, Million Dollar Gin represents a meeting point between Raffles’ cocktail heritage and Two Moons’ craft of transforming carefully selected ingredients into memorable spirits.
