Two Moons once again, creates a bespoke gin for a hotel’s milestone occasion. Drawing inspiration from The Park Lane's rooftop herb garden and its iconic location in the heart of Causeway Bay, PL50 connects the spirit back to its place of origin — a hotel deeply rooted in the hearts of many Hong Kong people.

The gin brings together a collection of botanicals that reflect the city's unique blend of cultures and flavours, from locally grown citrus to Chinese jasmine tea, Japanese genmaicha and Sichuan green peppercorn.

Beyond the ingredients, PL50 is a celebration of The Park Lane's legacy over the past 50 years — the countless moments shared, memories created, and stories that have unfolded within its walls.

PL50 is featured at SKYE Roofbar & Dining through the Gloucester Road cocktail. Combining PL50 with herbs from SKYE's rooftop garden, the cocktail reflects the vibrant neighbourhood that The Park Lane Hong Kong has called home for the past five decades.

The experience is completed with bespoke glassware designed by students from the Hong Kong Design Institute, adding another creative layer to the collaboration. From the distillery to the bar, the ingredients to the design, PL50 represents a shared appreciation for craftsmanship and the people behind every detail.
