【New】Tasting Set

HK$398.00

Perfect for gifting or for anyone who just can’t decide on ONE gin to try (we get it), our brand-new Tasting Set is here for you. Featuring all four flavours in 100ml miniatures, it’s the perfect way to explore our core range and add a little variety to your home bar.

Five Flowers Tea Gin Tasting Notes: Herbal, earthy and soothing. On the nose, a herbal bouquet of chrysanthemum “guk faa” (菊花) tempts you in for an inviting sip. On the palate, sweet notes of frangipani “gai dan faa” (雞蛋花) and self-heal “haa fu cho” (夏枯草) linger before transitioning into earthy, tangy notes of honeysuckle “kum ngan faa” (金銀花) and silk cotton “mook meen faa” (木棉花).

Signature Dry Gin Tasting Notes: Fragrant with citrus-peppery aromatics on the nose. Sipped — crisp notes of lemons and “kum pei” sweet tangerine peels (柑皮) first glide through the mouth and develop into a soft floral kick of pink berries. The sweet nuttiness of vanilla and “naam buk hang” Chinese almonds (南北杏) coat the palate before leading to a finishing flavor of classic spices comprised of coriander seed, green cardamom and of course, “kum cho” Chinese liquorice root (甘草).

Calamansi Gin Tasting Notes: Characteristically calamansi on the nose — bright, crisp and zesty. When sipped, refreshing notes of citrus develop into a soft undertone of juniper berries, before finishing with a lingering flavor of spruce tips for a layered citrus flavor profile.

Ginger Gin Tasting Notes: Soft floral aromatics and subtle citrus notes on the nose from ginger and litsea wood. Sipped — fresh yellow ginger opens the palate with a bright lift, supported by a sweet, rounded warmth from dried ginger and allspice. Notes of juniper berries and wild white tea then unfold, bringing a soft tannic depth, before subdued woody undertones of sandalwood leads the lingering finish.
